Videocon — Not resolved my problem

Complaint id 44493793/ dt 8 july, 44601210/ 12july,[protected]/ 14july,[protected]/15 july,[protected]/18 july, 44786185/18 july.
After so many complaint given but till today no resolution, i am not seeing tv since 10 days. No one had come to resolve my problem.
After repeatedly calling and getting 24 hrs timeline to resolve the problem, didnt get the solution.
Second complaint raised 24 hrs later given a timeline of 8 hrs with an arrogant voice.
Called 6 hrs later didn't get a solution. Said 2 hrs left for the complaint time to close.
Called 2 hrs later, given 48 hrs resolution time.
Pathetic service from the videocon d2h...
I req you to resolve my problem. At eatliest
