Videocon — Payment not credited in the A/c of my User ID[protected]

Sir, I always pay my monthly subscription charges online . Today also I made the payment Rs 241/- thru my card 2129 of PNB A/c at 12.19.30 hrs, but by mistake I could not put total digits of my ID # ( missed one digit 5 )means put 12637172 instead of[protected], so that amount not credited in my A/c however above Amt Rs 241/-( Two hundred forty one )has debited from my A/c at the same time and I got the massage on my RTN immediately . Now you are requested to look into the matter by refunding the amount or credit in my A/c ID.your kind reply is awaited. Thanks, Mohd Hussain Ansari Bhopal M P
