[Resolved] Videocon — Poor customer service by videocon d2h | |||
We have complained about our replacement of Videocon D2H setup box on 25thOCt. Technician called us and we have informed him to come the next day and have also told him the our neighbour will assist him. There was no visit. We called the customer service again on back 5th Nov and got to know that the complaint is closed without informing the customer and without the technician visit. Even after tell them clearly that we want to know why was the complain closed without any information, the agents and the supervisors were unable to answer. We told them that they cannot close the complain and they have to resolve on the same complaint number however the agent along with the supervisor keep repeating their policy. Yet the complain has not got resolved and we have completed 48 hrs for the second complaint. This has happened in the past as well. We have told the company very clearly that they can disconnect the connection and pay the money back which they are not willing to. We have also lost the recharge done for rs. 221 without watching TV. Really waste of time and energy and HARD EARNED MONEY. Please help in getting our issues resolved.
