Videocon — Poor service/common technical issue | |||||
Dear sir, I have 3 diffrent connection from videocon d2h, after warrenty all setup box not start after that i was showing service egg. his statement his chip (ic) is failure, it was very shocking because same problem my last 2 setup box, my question is if videocon is aware if yes why they making or supply faulty products. why customer pay unnecessary charge? Hi Team, When i am writing this mail I am completely dissatisfied with the services of Videocon D2h. you guys make fool of your customers, because i was bought & installed 3 unit set up box, instant after one year my setup box stop working, all setup box is same problem no one can believe, its faulty products, why videocon supply in the market, evan i pay service charge + engg . visit charge ?why customer pay unneseersory, videcon need to attention for this
