I purchased a Videocon Mobile Phone (Model Z40 Pro) on 30Nov2014.
During March 2015, The touch pad did not work properly.I submitted my phone to
Videocon authorized service centre Varshik Information Solutions, Chennai -600049 on
02Apr15.
The Job Sheet details are as follows

In last week of April, Service center associate informed me that My phone is ready after service.But When I went there, they are giving a some other old damaged phone instead of my mobile phone.They told me that They are not able to repair my phone due to some technical problem.
Giving a very old phone to your customer is not fair and Also it is against Warranty terms
and conditions.So I have not collected it from service center
To get solution for the problem, I contacted customer care[protected] many times .Almost all the times I was informed by customer care that Some one will contact me. But nobody has contacted me till date.Also I mailed to [protected]@udcl.in on 09May15.I have not got any reply except one automated reply.
I am completely dissatisfied with your service.
I request you to provide me a new mobile for me or refund the money.
