First time my STB was defective, It took me seven days to resolve after complaining to your head office. This time when there was reception only for few channels and that too not on their proper designated channel no. since Thursday 21 Jul 2016 night. I lodged a complain with customer care, who was only trying to convince me that it was because of the rain. He was adamant when I told him it is a defect since many hours. I also told him that it was a common fault in the building and others also have a problem. Customer care only insisted that the engineer will come in 48 hours and will charge Rs 200+ parts cost. Anyway the engineer came on Sunday forenoon and resolved the problem in two minutes as amplifier on the terrace had to be rebooted. Please attend problems on immediate basis if the whole building has a problem. Every time there is complaint, we have to wait for long to get it resolved. U C Mehta [protected]@hotmail.com
