We had bought a led 50 inch videocon tv just 6 months ago. It just conked off 10 days ago. The warranty was for 2 yrs. Videocon doesn’t seem to have the parts. Just repenting the day i bought the tv. Local tv repair shop would have repaired it in 2 hrs. The service centres are not only rude but are working like govt agency…not concerned. After complaint was registered it took the first engineer 3 days to come. Don’t know how many weeks more we have to bear with videocon. You all must learn a lesson from my sad experience.
