Dear Sir, I have purchased a videocon mobile from universal mobile centre tuticorin vide rt no. 1039643/26.4.2015 for Rs.2750/- It is not working on 10.06.2015 Universal mobile centre directed to Fatima service centre, tirunelveli Engineer name MR.ISMAIL his mobile no. [protected]. He was received my mobile phone and acknowlege the bill and sent to ho for service. Till date he was not proper answer and confuse. Kindly inform to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com & my mobile no. [protected] - shanmugasundaram for what is the problem to solve the repair. And infrom when my mobile phone given to me.
