[Resolved] Videocon — Videocon d2h remote | |||
I bought new connection of Videocon d2h set top box, from the next day remote is not working properly, I complained to customer care regarding remote & they sent their permanent executive (whose behaviour is very rude). He changed the battery of remote and said now it is ok. And on the next day same problem started again, actually company provided me old remote for new connection. After complaining several times still remote is not changed. Still my remote is not working totally. Worst service from VIDEOCON. Very bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
