[Resolved] Videocon — Videocon d2h - service not available

My D2h id 18470406. 2 days before it rained heavily here and since from that day the signal is not available is showing in most of the channels. I lodged a complaint to the customer care and today they are replying that i have to pay Rs 200 for service charge. Why i will pay for the service i never paid to local cable supplier then why will i pay now. This is highly unacceptable, not providing services will not only create a bad example but also loosing their reputation. I am highly unsatisfied with the service and i am planning to switch to local cable provider.

The problem doesn't exist anymore before i do get call from the company i taken an initiated and by just sliding the antenna the problem solved. Yes i received a call from the videocon d2h but thanks the help is not required anymore.
