I relocated from chennai to coimbatore location. So i called and requested videocon dth customer care for installation in new location. One day later they sent service engineer and charged 400rs. I gave the amount to service engineer. But at the same time videocon dth deducted Rs. 400 from my dth balance. Lot of times I called and asked my money but no response from them. After 4 days they refunded 300rs but still 100 rs pending. Then again I started to communicate with the worst customer service. I didnt get proper response I dont know what they are doing in background. If I call customer care, I have to wait for 30 to 45 min It's total waste of time. Worst customer service. Not at all satisfied with their service.

Updated by peter_das Still no response from Videocon DTH customer service.. Daily i called to customer care they saying same answer that is "within 24 hrs it will be resolve". Really worst customer care. Past one month they working my issue. What a great service they providing ..
