Videocon — Videocon engineer has spoiled my connection and now demanding to repair by myself | |||
Videocon representative came on 28th to repair my neighbor's connection on 28th. He spoiled my connection. Half of the channels stopped coming. It is more than a week they logging new complain with new time frame everyday. No one coming to repair. After spoiling also they did not realize, initially they said to get it repaired myself by changing all cable. Still i am suffering with the connection for irresponsible engineer and team. I want videocon to take such matter seriously. They force user to pay for any engineer visit either for their mistake or machines. Now they are not even coming after spoiling my connection.
