I am mr sen and i have purchased a fridge from bajaj showroom at hyderabad on dec 1st 2016.
Post that i have faced problems of cooling several times but would get fixed on it's own. On 19th may the cooling stopped assuming that it happens always it will start again but didnt. When all my food started rotting due to non cooling i called the toll free number and lodged a complaint.
The person comes the next and says he has to fill gas in the fridge which will have to be taken out and then it will start. We denied taking the fridge and asked the call centre to send someone. They agreed to send someone on sunday, the 21st. This person who comes says of some leakage and a charge of 3000 to be paid. I deny as when the fridge is in warranty there are no charges to be paid. When we told him to leave as we will speak to customer care he goes out of the house and cribs to the neighbor in telugu. I called ganesh, some incharge and he says the engineer who came home is the person who has correct reports and we don't and hence he doesn't care with what we have to say. When we are using the fridge from past 5 months and we know of the way we have used it, how can he say we are wrong.
You have to look into this or you will be losing a customer who genuinely rejected so many online cheap deals and went for your product.
