Since 23th march i am waiting for one complain to get solved. Videocon has not solved my complain till date. Consumer forum please help me. 1st complain no –[protected] – 23rd march 2nd complain no –[protected] – 26th march 3rd complain no –[protected] – 27th march 4th complain no –[protected] – 28th march Apart from this why videocon executive and supervisor disconnect the call. Even videocon manager mr. Rehman – mob no – [protected], he said me will call back me in 24 hrs on 28th mar. Till now i have not received the call. If the manager fails after commitment where should we go? Till date they are finding out my call which i made on 11th july 2015. You are unable to get that record. Now on that you come up with new way saying ivr... I never ever did not call on the ivr nor any sms received to me for the same. On 11th july 2015 i received the sms on that i have complaint for deactivating. This was not solved from your end. I have the proof of my call made for deactivating, what do you have?
