[Resolved]  Videocon — Worst services videocon d2h

My customer id is 58722915, account no-5839896. I have lodged complaint to videocon d2h for dish alignment and activation of my subscription on 02/08/2016 as i was not using it since few years. So i repeatedly called their cc no-[protected] for 17 times till 11/08/2016 for sending technician to resolve my issue.

Tonight on 11/082016 only, i was informed by cc executive that my complaint dtd 02nd aug-16 is cancelled by their engineer. Nobody has called me till 08/08/2016 and not resolved my complaint then how complaint is closed. Only technician xxx has called me on 08/08/2016 and told me that he was out of office for a week and want to resolve my complaint on priority. As he has not turned at my residence till 09/08/2016, i called him and when enquired he intimated that his office don’t have stb-2011 model which is my place and cant come without stb.

Many times i have spoken with their cc executives, supervisor, team leader and manger but nobody is capable of resolving customer complaint and they don’t bother for customer unsatisfaction. It is observed after holding call for longer duration, they disconnects call rather than connecting to higher executives even though i insist for same. I think low level technician is playing big role and all higher officers are dancing on it.

I did big mistake in opting videocon d2h, eventhough i shift to other dth, i will not give up follow ups with videocon d2h for their worst services provided. So i appeal to others not to go for videocon d2h.
So resolve issue immediately.
