[Resolved] Vijay Sales — bad product / service from vijay sales prabhadevi | |||
Samsung 3 star ac costing rs 34000 purchased on 22 march 2014 from vijay sales prabhadevi branch. The installation was done wrongly by soorah services authorised agents of samsung. They burnt our wall as well as the indoor unit. This was replaced, however, 2 days later there was no cooling so once again the outdoor unit was checked however problem not solved. Last saturday the outdoor unit was once again checked and gas was refilled. However still no cooling. We made numerous calls to vijay sales, no solution provided?
