Vijay Sales — Cash back still not received after 130 days of purchasing

Dear sir,
recently on 7 jan 2021 i purchased a hp laptop from vijay sales(vikas marg) for 52700 and paid throug credit card and according to your offer as mentioned in the bill i was eligilable for a cashback of 3.83 % which is 2018.41 rs and the wating period for the cash back was 90 days but more then 130 days passed away and i haven’t recived any cashback fron your side pls look into the matter and do the needfull invoice no.- dvm-a-si9860date of purchase[protected]in the name of- vinay gulati phone no.
