Hello. I am a regular buyer and over the years i have purchased a lot of electronic goods worth more then 5 to 6 lakhs and the costliest was the microsoft surface pro and for which we were not given not informed by your dealer which he has to in 45 days about the extended warranty now my product is on warranty still but it's a part of negligence from your sales manager and it is not acceptable at all hence i request you to pls do the needful at the earliest as we are a regular customer of vijay and to keep this bond in future i hope u will help me and reply at the earliest. I am unhappy with your services and reply from mr ashok someone on your behalf and for this i am giving this in detail to the media and consumer court so that they will know how u cheat genuine customer s when u sell a product it's your duty to inform them about the warranty and tell me one thing don't u as an individual pay the mediclaim or lic policy premium then don't pay that don't they remind u about the warranty and premium s it's a customer dealer relation which u don't know at all and we as a customer have taken a lot of products worth lakhs from u and also hope to buy in the future but now i will see to it that u get a negative feedback on the social media hence forth because due to your negligence we are at a loss and u also should go through the same and don't take any customer for granted cause we pay for a product and the services even all big companies give the warranty and i[censored] don't have the licence to sell the microsoft product then why are u fooling the customer s it's not at all professional. Before i end my mail i want the warranty for my device from today and the type cover after april 2020. Regards
