I paid money through bajaj emi card and sbi credit card on 24.10.2016 and i was promised that a start up kit (Tata sky) will be provided. They took rs 800/- for delivery charges.. But even consistent follow up, i have not received it. Further the tv delivered was having a manufacturing defect (Software problem), which took a day in rectifying it by lg personnel. Still i am awaiting for start up kit. Very poor commitment keeping. Rude behaviour by staffers after sales. After making payment (The second day) and thereafter.
