Vijay Sales — Samsung E7 mobile | |||
Hi i have purchased Samsung E7 on 23rd March from your Vijay Sales store in Vadodara, Gujarat. Next day i.e. on 24th March i came to know that the instrument has hardware problem i.e memory slot is not working in said mobile. So i visited your store same day so, customer care guy Mr. Kamlesh suggested me to visit samsung service center for said problem. Service center has confirmed that device has hardware problem so they asked me to get the IMEI Number stickers from vijay sales. But while opening mobile box sales guy has tear the sticker in such way that the sticker got damaged so vijay sales could able to provide me only 2 stickers instead of 3 stickers. So samsung service center didnt issue DOE Certificate for replacement. Till i.e 31st march vijay sales guys giving me commitment that they will get approval from samsung company for consider 2 stickers for DOE approval & everyday vijay sales guys are commiting for next day but till today i havent get the new instrument i have visited your 6 times in last 9 days. Request you to look into a matter & resolve it today itself because its heights of cheating & keep postponement. Was this information helpful? | |||
