This is to inform you my query is still not resolved, for my microwave the technician has still not visited now it is 6 days since my purcahse. It should have been resolved by Saturday but today it's Monday still no response from your end. Your people keep on blaming Samsung and IFB. You have to understand my point of view. This is atrocious not even a single person from your end has not contact to check or update me on my complaint status. I have been calling Vijay sales since morning but they just keep on giving false promise by end of the day it will be resolved. Was this information helpful? | |
