Vikas Motor Co. Todi Honda — unprofessional behaviour of todi honda service personnel

I have purchased activa 4gmodel from todi honda showroom on 17.2.18. My batch no. Is me4jf50cbjt203628. The sales executive was mr. Shib shankar saha chowdhury. The payment got clear in 19.2.18 and i took delivery of the car on 21.2.18. However at the time of delivery the sales personnel was not present inspite of informing him earlier. I was informed by the other employee of the showroom that "certificate of fitness" needs to be done from my side and the company is not going to take any responsibility for this. It will take around 6 days time and i shall be receiving a call for this. Unfortunately when i enquired to the showroom today they said that there is no entry of my car as the kyc is not submitted and insurance is till pending because of that. However from day 1 nobody bothered to take the kyc from my side. The same has been mailed today tomrs. Binata bose. Due to this carelessness i have to wait for another 4-5 days for further processing. Please take immediate action against this unprofessional group of people.
