I purchased a plot in 2020 in Seshadri town ship which was developed by kilaru hari prasad from Vizianagaram, since I bought that plot he is not doing any developments, it's been 4 years since the L.P is approved.
And the L.P number ris 33/2019, when ever I approached the developer he is saying that he will complete the works in 3 months.but still he is not making any improvements in layout.
And his running ventures are in savaravalli and modavalasa.
Please don't buy any properties from this wrong guy.
