Vishwanath Gas Agency Bangalore — non delivery of refill even after cash memo is generated

This is a complaint from a desperate customer of indane gas. I am one of the many unsatisfied customers of vishwanath gas agency, banashankari, bangalore. Consumer no. 76857. Even after 23 days of refill booking and even though cash memo is generated three times, the above agency has not delivered the refill. On enquiry the lady arrogantly replies "no load has come", whereas i see refills are delivered to the neighbours. This is disgusting. I request the iocl office to take suitable action on the agency.
