Viveks India — When will you install the AC for me, it is been more than a week after purchase | |||
I am very upset and frustrated with viveks just because i don't see any progress on product installation procedure. I bought daikin AC on 16th April (Order number:S0J16_[protected], and product was delivered on 18th, but nobody has come yet to install it, I called customer care more than 10 times in last 10 days but they did not act on my complaint, they always say that they would call me in hour time but never. i called up the installation customer care and they kept on saying that invoice for my product is not reached them yet and they can not start anything until they receive it. so it is really frustrating and not happy with the way customer care replies for the delay. This is the first product i purchased from viveks and i don't think i would be interested in buying anymore products from viveks. Was this information helpful? | |||
