[Resolved]  VLCC — VLCC (Yogita & Sheela Negi) didn't give us a proper bill of amount 40000 INR

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is Sudheer K Shukla. My wife Varsha, has taken your service/package of amount 40, 000 INR from your centre name 'VLCC Health Care Ltd' in Hazratganj (opp. Saharaganj Mall), Lucknow on 22nd November 2015 but they (Sheela Negi and Yogita from VLCC-Lucknow) didn't provide us any proper bill at that time and told that they will provide us bill later either by speed post or by email. We tried to interact with them on phone several times and asked for bill but they averted the issue with some excuse. Before some days ago Yogita has sent us an image of bill on whatsapp (Attached with this mail) and told that this is your final Bill but when My Wife again asked for a proper/formal bill to send through email or forward by post, they again averted. Then my brother Prashant Shukla went to VLCC Center in person and asked for bill but they refuse to provide him bill and saying we didn't save bill-data of long duration (As you know the time duration is still not more than 75 Days). If they really didn't save bill-data for long duration then how is it possible to sent a same bill through whatsapp before 3-4 days ago. I am totally confused, why they refuse/averted to give us a proper bill.

VLCC is a big brand name in India, and on the basis of this faith, My wife went for your package. I belief VLCC will not disappoint me in this regard. So I would request you to investigate and provide us a proper bill.

I hope a quick action on your end in this regard.
