Vodafone India — aadhaar details not entered under kyc updation | |||||
I contacted vodafone center at kanpur nagar at civil lines near leemani hospital today to update my kyc along with my aadhaar card. The staff present there did not co-operated at all and gone to the extend of advising to port the number in favor of jio / airtel for better services. I was surprised at the behavior and advice and presumed that the concerned staff who was not holding name tag is resigning from vodafone.
