[Resolved] Vodafone India — All data balance deducted | |||||
Sir my name is dyaneshwar jadhav residing ugar khurd my ph no is [protected] Sir i have recharged with rs 95 for 2g data pack on[protected] and got balance of 1 gb 2g data As per new guide lines of trai to avoid loss of main ac balance when net pack is over we have to send a msg "stop" at 1925 and yesterday i have sent it (23/08/2016) After sending the msg company activated the process but they have deducted my data pack also of remaining 950 mb Today when i complained at customer care they told that i should msg when there is no data balance in a/c but unlike this inany other network it is not like this and it is not mentioned by trai also like this What is the meaning of this we should wait for what when our data balance is over and after deducting bal from my main a/c then should i send a sms, this not the way Sir i use other networks also like idea, tata docomo but never they have troubled me like this Sir after deactivating my data pack unknowingly today when i started data conection i lost 12 rs why i should suffer this one and when i told the customer care to take down a comlaint they didnt took my complain also Sir pl take severe action on this Was this information helpful? | |||||
