How can I get the money back from my bank SBI when it is already charged by your co-partner BillDesk (your payment gateway) vide transaction reference number BSBI[protected] dated 29.04.2015 on account of recharge of Vodafone Mobile No [protected] If the same is not your record than where it has gone ? your payment gateway BillDesk is also confirming the same chrge of Rs. 100 with above mentioned transaction ID.The BillDesk Reply is mentioned below. It is not a matter of Rs.100 but of your working and response to your customer, totally unsatisfactory.
