Vodafone India — Bad words and abusive language used by customer care executive and ported my number without my consent and disturbing the customer all the time | |||||
I am continuously recieving calls from vodafone customer care since past 3-4 days being an airtel customer already even when i dont respond to the calls. This is very disturbing and yesterday when i picked up the call a lady from the customer care very cleverly asked me to forward the text with port written next to my number and said that this will cancel your previous request for porting and being in office i didnt notice and did that. Again i got a call from customer care and tried to tell them that they befooled me, the girl started laughing and started using really very abusive words which were really indecent and harsh.. I would request you to kindly take a strict action against that customer care executive because this is least expected from a worldwide network operator. The number from which i received the call is.
