[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Balance diduction from main balance

Dear team, On dated 18th sept. I was recharge my number with Rs. 149 and day after next day i seen my balance is diducted and balance is remains as Rs.18 only.. Regarding same i was discussed with your one of customer executive Mr. Krishna Dalvi he told that i activated live TV channel during surfing but i said that i am not activated any scheme during browsing then he is assures that me dont worry we wll refund your balance within 4 hrs. But stll my balance is not returned in my account... So kindly refund my balance as early as possible...
