hi, my mobile number is [protected] am using vodafone services since 7 years. i have been charged 4500/- bill for the month of Aug'14. when i asked to send itemised bill they sent only bill i paid 1000/- on 9th of Aug'14 my services not been activated, when i tried to call customer care there was no proper response they sai due to technical problem they couldn't able to explain my bill and they kept me on hold for long time. i asked for cancellation they insisted me to visit vodafone show room i already visited there also i did not get any solution if i get wever on GPRS i will continue with the services and pathetic CC response. Myself Aranganathan. using Vodafone postpaid number and paying due amount on or before due date. for Bill period 20.09.2014 to[protected], I got a bill payment Rs .3274. when I saw a bill I got shocked that I never used internet, download, or any gprs services but Vodafone charged me for this.
Issue with billing on my 2 vodafone numbers [protected] &[protected]. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I was charged in excess for additional data consumption – but as per my data plan I should not be charged. None of your customer service representatives are ready to accept this error and in constant denial. Over the phone they acknowledge that I’m on a floating plan but in email they seldom acknowledge.

This is highly irritating.

Please do a complete investigation what went wrong from your side and give me the refund for all the excess that was charged till date.

Is there anyone in Vodafone who can talk sense?

My plan is Rs. 325 Capgemini corporate plan and I subscribed tofloating data plan from January 2014 (1GB at 3G speed and beyond 1GB the speedwill be reduced).

My both numbers [protected] and [protected] are on a floating dataplan – Vodafone should not have charged for excess data usage but whereas I wascharged in various months bill.

This is atrocious, I need refund for all the excess amountcharged from January 2014 immediately.

Just received a call from Mr.Vishnu Gondhali (customer service executive) phone number [protected](service request number: [protected] and [protected] and interaction number[protected] and[protected].

He also checked my data planand confirmed that the plan in which I’m on is a floating plan (beyond 1GB thespeed will be reduced to 64 kbps – but I will not be charged for the excessusage).

I noticed that I was cheatedin many of the previous months bills. I want Vodafone to check the billsgenerated for my phone numbers [protected] & [protected] fromJanuary 2014 till date and refund all the excess money charged for additionaldata usage on or before 16-Dec-2014 with an apology letter.

Ihave not received any satisfactory resolution from your end.

Pleaseunderstand that according to my data usage plan which was provided on21-Jan-2014, I have an unlimited data plan. 1GB of 3G and beyond that speedwill be reduced to 64kbps. But it is all unlimited. I haven’t changed my planafter that. This was even confirmed to me by your customer servicerepresentative Ms.Kirthika to whom I spoke yesterday (11-Dec-2014).

Thenokia bundle offer what you’re referring was given only from this month since Ibought a new Nokia Lumia 730 phone.

Idon’t know whether I’m charged extra only for November month or even before Ineed to scrutinize my previous bills.

Nowyou’ve stopped my outgoing calls on both my mobiles – you’re penalizing thecustomer for your mistake.

Let’sresolve this issue legally. Please await a legal notice from me.

Hi Divakar,

I’m holding the above mentioned 2 numbers.

The recent bill I received was a shocker to me. This is close to4 to 5 times more than my usual bill.

My [protected] had a billed amount of Rs. 2600 (approx) and[protected] had a billed amount of Rs. 4800 (approx).

I noticed that the high charges were due to data usage.

I have received 80% data usage SMS from Vodafone but haven’treceived any other SMS stating that I have used 100% and subsequent usage willbe charged extra or anything of that sort.

Why I was not informed anything in this regard? In previousmonths whenever I’m exceeding the data limit I used to receive those SMS. Thisis absolutely unacceptable.

And moreover beyond 1 GB of free usage my speed should have gotreduced to 2G – but that didn’t happen. I suspect there is an error fromVodafone side.

Can you please look into this and give me a positive response?

I am having vodafone connection with unlimited internet download plan. I have received bill for Mar-15 from Vodafone indicating download charges for d2c mobilart & d2c mazza. The charges for d2c mobilart was shown four times & for d2c mazza 1 times in the same bill. I have talked to customer care & they told that the charges are correct, since you have downloaded it. I told them that my plan is unlimited & hence there is no question of download charges. On that they told that these are premium download. These download happens when you are touching the screen even by mistake. There is no further warning or confirmation required by these type of download. These are designed like that. I explained them all this, but in vain. Firther i asked them why you are keeping such items on site, they told that they are not concerned with it & the same is on internet by default & vodafone dont have control on it. They have put charges multiple time for same site download. whetre any body will do this type of mistake to download same content twice or thrice. the samw isdue to touch by mistake. Now my question is, who is going to get this charges, ofcourse vodafone is charging to me & i will giving to them. If the same is not controlled by vodafone why they are asking for this charges when my plan is unlimited download. When they know that the cahrges are doe to such tricks by internet mafia, they should not ask for payment. Since my plan is unlimited there is no question of download charges. Since the system is wrong i will not pay to them & why they are asking to me when my plan is unlimited. They are not going to give this to anybody & they will keep this charges with them only. i want justification from Vodafone. I have attached the screen shot of the excees bill by vodafone.
I am Sandeep with Vodafone from[protected] in VF_AP SPECIAL REV 199 plan.

Mahinder ([protected]) activated the plan, at the time of activation he said 512MB 2G data included in the pack.

But after billing I am charged for using 64MB with 300rs incl vat in the bill, when I contacted mahendar regarding this issue he said to write a mail to our manager amount will be waived off and a mail to Vodafone care to change the pack.

I have written a mail to managers Anil and Kshitij([protected]) messaged them and calls, But no response from them for 15 days.
I now didnt care about my bill, But there irresposibleness irritating me.
