[Resolved] Vodafone India — Billing when Line is DEACTIVATED and UNUSED | |||||
Dear Vodafone, I purchased a postpaid line on 18th of July 2016. As I'm work abroad, I requested Vodafone to DEACTIVATE my line with (minimal charges) on the 6th of August 2016 and my line was deactivated successfully. I traveled out of India on the 8th of August and hence NOT USING MY LINE since this date. I keep getting Bills for: 1) July to August, 2) August to September, 3) September to October, 4) October to November. Kindly look into this matter. Regards, Michael Philip Lobo. I wasn't able to pay the last bill of Airtel as the number was already ported and had a different procedure.
Due to the non payment, my number got suspended from Vodafone.
I have now paid the full billl amount of Airtel and want to know when can I expect my number to get re activated.
