Vodafone India — CALLS CANNOT CONNECTING | |||
Really disappointed with VODAFONE network, because before 1 month i did a MNP TATA DOCOMO to VODAFONE. after 7 days the portability was done. after one or two days I received a call from TATA DOCOMO and they told me to that your SIM will disconnect due to pending of your extra charges, but i paid my bills with the 7 day extra charges. after 2 days again they called me, then i told the details again and again, the customer care executive was told me to that no problem sir we are asking sorry for this call. we are never disturb you. Today My VODAFONE SIM connection went to wrong, the calls cannot connecting... also i requested for a duplicate SIM for my wife, but till not received my sim...very bad service Was this information helpful? | |||
