Vodafone India — causing problems by forcing postpaid connection and not refunding when converted to prepaid
Hi, I have two numbers which i ported from idea cellular prepaid connection. The numbers being [protected], [protected], the vodafone store at gandhi bazaar converted both to postpaid. (Aggressive marketing?) mentioning that i could convert it back to prepaid within 2 months.in the process, they charged me rs 500/-. After observing for a month i found that the charges were and asked them to change it to prepaid. They did not agree. I cancelled the postpaid connection of [protected].in the other connection, i opted for the lowest priced slab which in total would not exceed rs 150/-. I was questioned as to why i want to change. It's a universal rule we need value for any money paid. Next, i am asked to verify my aadhar on adaily basis. Even after verification three times.. I decided prepaid would be the best as it involves the least interaction with your organisation. I have paid all my bills to date. There is no refund or credit to my account. I get the stereotyped reply verify your aaadhar. I want te refund to my credit and better-behaved people will help your organisation. I am sorry if my communication is strongly worded. But i definitely expect areply. Which i can confide with my acquaintances in cas i have to change the service provider Regards Arvind. K. Madhugir Was this information helpful?
