Dear vodafone sir/madam, This is to inform you that my vodafone prepaid number [protected] i would like to update my sim card from 3g to 4g kindly arrange courier 4g sim card to my home address 303 rupabai niwas, datta naagar ayre road near swamivivekanand high school, dombivali (E) pin code:- 421201. Thane maharashtra india. I had request so many times to customer care and customer care are not able to help me even. They suggest me to visit any vodafone store. Their not satisfied with vodafone & harassment by appellate and nodal offices havn't responded back on my compliant... I am trying to reach you from last severn month but unable to do that till now. I am very frustrated from your service. This is cheating by vodafone. Vodafone is playing with customers it seems... What kind of service is this? I think i should port my sim card to other service providers This is the worst experience i had from vodafone. Please help to resolve the above issues. I hope you guys will take it at high priority, otherwise i have to port my number to other provider... With reference to the below trail mail this is to inform you that their not satisfied with vodafone & harassment by appellate and nodal offices havn't responded back on my compliant... This harassment and no one to reply on that ; Feedback: i would like to inform you that, i was called [protected] nodal nodal officers ankit mumbai regarding my 3 g sim to convert 4 g sim on dated 17.10.2017 time 16:47 to 17:26 betwen not responding satisfaction he was disconnect my no [protected] also blocked this no form [protected] nodal nodal officers why he is doing this my mobile number (Prepaid) is [protected] / [protected] kinldy highlight my call phone records, kindly look this matter as high priority asap. So plz take a suitable step to vodafone officers otherwise i complained to consumer court... Or we will switch mobile portability to other service provider. Kindly take action regarding my complaint id i have mentioned details below regard convert sim 3gto4g[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] i'm highly disappointed with such a poor service given by vodafone.
