[Resolved] Vodafone India — Msg barred | |||||
Hi, I did not send any marketing msgs .. I used to send msgs to my family and friends only but suddenly I realized my msgs are barred. I called customer care 3 times, but first time they said since u have not recharged for 3 months u need to recharge in shop. After doing 30 RS recharge also was unable to send messages. Then customer care told to register with Trai. After registering with Trai, I had to call again to a number. There I was asked to visit Vodafone store. After going there they said the same.
