Vodafone India — No acknowledgement of payment | |||
i have been paying the Vodafone bills every month through bill payment mechanism provided by my bank, ICICI bank One payment made in Oct 2014 amounting to Rs 5570 is being disputed by Vodafone since the last three months though the subsequent payments have been received . Despite sending them the transaction receipt number and even the email received from the bank the at the amount has been debited from my bank account and passed on to Vodafone, Mumbai, they sent legal notice to me for non payment . I have been a post paid customer for several years and despite appealing to nodal officers and applate e authority, the company has chosen the legal route. How can the money debited to my bank account and sent to the Vodafone account go missing just for one month.? When the bank certifies that the money has been remitted to Vodafone account, they are not accepting and instead have sent legal notice for recovery Now they should punished for this action.
