Dear sir, I am very frustrated with the kind o[censored]nprofessional service received from vodafone kolkata ro since last 3 months. I am using a vodafone postpaid ([protected]) since last 8 years hence i decided to opt for using vodafone's 4g dongle ([protected]) over airtel. On 31st aug 2016, i lodged a complaint to their call centre (Complain no[protected] as never in my office area (68 shantipally, kasba, kolkata-107) i get any connection. Nothing happened, again on october last week, i called their call centre, they asked me to visit to a vodafone store with my laptop, dongle. I did, they took my complaint but no feedback or solution happened. Again i called their call centre, they took another complaint[protected]. After my repeated mail one engineer visited my office place, when i asked him the reason he said its a network issue. I have send them 3 mails till date but no actions were taken instead i have received a letter for outstanding clearance (Ret/nov, 16/g6/1140 dt 05.11.2016) for clearing the dues.
