Vodafone India — No proper verification for Postpaid | |||
I have been using Airtel Post paid from many years and now opted MNP to Vodafone. I submitted all the documents at vodafone store.For address Verification, without any notice to me, they went to my residence on a weekday and obviously it was locked as I would be in my office on any week day. They put my status to -ve and I am not able to make any calls. I already informed this situation at the time of my address proofs submission, and the executive promised me that there would not be any issues. Now when I contacted vodafone store in OMR, the response was aggressive and all I request is that please do call before verification so that we can stick in the homes. I am not able to use my phone from last 1 week. Was this information helpful? | |||
