Vodafone India — Non-action for mobile porting | |||||
Being vodafone good market strategy and goodwill in market i'm here writing this complaint. I want to port my no. [protected] from "airtel" to"vodafone".. But none of any porting actions has been taken so far. First i've applied for post request in april month and validity was 18th april, port code (Ad373874) (Validity[protected] but none of any calls and support was received from "vodafone", however i've cleared all my dues from airtel but no porting actions has been taken from vodafone.In this regard i've made a complaint over vodafone customer care (Complaint no[protected], was promised to receive a call but till now call is awaiting (Going to about 01 month). But, from this most help from vodafone i've again requested (02nd time) for porting to vodafone (Port code - ad483511) (Validity[protected]. Still awaiting to receive a call or any actions to be taken. Now i completely loose hope that my number will port to vodafone again on[protected] my port code will expire. I've checked with "airtel" and all my dues are cleared from there as per airtel. But the problem is from "vodafone" only. To vodafone team: please explain to you customer why you guys make calls for porting when you are not willing to invite more customers. This makes my very unhappy from vodafone coz vodafone is loosing customer support. . Your tagline says” our base continues to grow day by day” but i’m afraid this is loosing.
