Vodafone India — Not able to port vodafone number [protected] from gurgaon circle to kolkata circle

Dear vodafone team,
With deep regret this mail is being sent. For last one month i am trying to port my vodafone number from delhi circle to kolkata circle, but for some strange reason still now this is not being done.
Your kolkata vodafone representative mr. Javed ([protected]) has told me in your system my number is showing of kolkata circle so number portability is not possible. Although as per below mail – there is no problem in porting.
I have provided all the necessary details for number port to mr. Javed on 5th august - but still this is not done.
Please let me know - as a customer what is my fault as i am incurring huge cost of roaming for last one month. No proactive action is conspicuous from your side-which seems you are not keen to value your five years old customer any more. If my number is not ported to kolkata circle within next 5 days of time i will be compelled to give up your connection & go with somebody elese.

2) Outgoing call done but no ringing tone, no such voice being heard
3) In spite of getting in touch with the customer care i am not getting any respond
4) Previously huge amounts being deducted from my balance & service is very poor .Myself & my wife have decided to surrender vodafones.
