Vodafone India — Number portability

Sir,
I applied for number portability from docomo post paid no. [protected] to vodafone.All dues were paid ; porting code allotted- ta571231 till 10-9-14; this is third time i have applied, and no response was given by local distributor but not responded thrice. I have not understood the reason;
