Vodafone India — Number ported to Airtel, still getting bills with frivolous charges | |||||
We ported two numbers from Vodafone to Airtel. In 3 months of being with Vodafone, we were charged so many wrong amounts which after constant fights were reversed. Now since we have ported, they are still sending bills with frivolous charges such as data packs, monthly invoice, etc. They have called and sent sms on these new bills but not sent on mail as they earlier would.
