Vodafone India — phone deactivation even after bill payment | |||
There are repeated instances for vodafone postpaid accounts, payment is not getting registered @ vodafone, even after two weeks of debit from icici bank internet banking. I spoke to reshma and mohammad at around 7.10 pm on 21 nov 2017 for about 40 min. Reshma asked me to check if payment is reverted by icici bank. I checked. No, payment is not reverted back. This is complaint against your executive saraswati and her senior for putting the call on hold for more than half an hour and not resolving the issue permanently. Called on sat 18 nov around 11 am. Just check your records. Sorry to say i am frustrated with pathetic service from vodafone and its employees who even shy away from talking to customers accepting the issu Was this information helpful? | |||
