EVERYONE WAS LAUGHING AT ME WHEN I TOLD THEM I AM PORTING FROM AIRTEL TO VODAFONE...AND TODAY I REALIZED WHY THEY WERE LAUGHING AT ME...BUT I WILL MAKE SURE I EDUCATE EVERYONE ABOUT THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND ITS PATHETIC NETWORK

THE PROBLEM

I was a happy customer of Airtel but one fine day got a call from Vodafone promising 799 rental with 30 hours of free talk time and 6 GB of 4g data and i decided to port to Vodafone. In my first billing i see that they charged me 999 + taxes rental and when i spoke to Vodafone customer care they said the plan is 999 + taxes and i will be getting 200 rupees discount for first 6 months only. This was a big fraud that Vodafone did to me. I still have the call recordings of the plan and benefits that was promised to me. I was very disappointed but then i had no option to port out as i was trapped in that 3 months period. Next month also they charged me 999 + taxes. i called them again and they gave me 200 rupees discount. i was very angry at this that i had to call and beg for discount every month. Then 3rd full month i did not have 4g network...i was getting only 2g network...i logged a complaint with Vodafone which was never resolved...Then 3rd month my bill was 3400 which was a shock to me. So what they did was they removed all my benefits which was promised to me and changed my plan and kept charging me for 2g which i never opted. When i spoke to customer care no one helped me...they kept telling me to wait for 24 hours as complaint has already been logged and i should be getting a call from billing team... There is one supervisor who kept fooling me and his name is RAGHAVENDRA who kept telling me to wait for 24 hours and he will give me a call back...but never got a call back...24 hours became 5 days but never got a call from Vodafone. Now i don't have any option other than porting out of vodafone but the problem is i cannot port out unless i clear my bill which is 3400. This is how Vodafone traps new customer.

I want everyone to be aware of their cheating plans. Also i would like to highlight something about Vodafone network. most the times your phone will be in not reachable mode. Also when your phone is not reachable you do not get a sms from Vodafone telling some tried calling you while your phone was not reachable.
