Vodafone India — poor internet service after porting from airtel to vodafone | |||
I swap my number from airtel to vodafone on 11th november and since then i am facing issue with slow speed of internet. They changed the sim, did all the troubleshooting, tried changing the phone still the same issue in all cases. Escalated to vodafone they dont have any answer. -request to fix the internet speed issue asap -its annoy to do all troubleshooting again and again when i call them. - tried escalating over email, but they only have answer that number is not reachable. -when i sms to port out with in 20 min i got call from them. -i asked for recordings where they tried and my number was not reachable with date and time, no answer on that. -escalated to nodal officer, no answer.
