Vodafone India — Port out request cancellation from Airtel | |||
Hi, I am filing complaint because no one is even bother to resolve my complaint on mails written to vodafone team and now i am fed up of all this nuisance as it was vodafone team mistake and why i should suffer a loss for porting out from airtel. First i had request for porting out from vodafone to airtel. Between this i got a call from vodafone that we are providing you a better plan then airtel. So i had sent a request to airtel as well as sent port in request to vodafone that i will continue with the plan which they have provided. After that the plan was activated from vodafone and they said clearly that your port out request for airtel has been cancelled. After few days they had accepted the port in request to airtel. Now in this between i m suffering and they told me that after 90 days only we can change the port out request. As this problem was created and executed by vodafone and team and how they guided to me i have followed all their instruction and now i m suffering loss. Please look into this issue as who have done this should be punished and i request you to let vodafone pay all the bills payment till i am ported out from airtel. As sir seriously i m facing to much problem now as there executive are not responsive and some have them have switched off there phone and no one is replying as well as answering the call.
