Vodafone India — port rejected without confirmation even cleared bill

I have recently requested port from vodafone.. I have submitted to airtel. before that i have cleared due amount .without my confirmation vodafone activated addon for my mob number and they shown overdue amount and they rejected port without intimation. i have contacted numberof times no one is responding poperly from vodafone executives my mob no is [protected]
