Vodafone India — portability issues | |||||
I had ported my network from tata docomo to vodafone and the representative of vodafone gallery had informed me the plan of rs 550 which includes 3 months data pack, 1 gb daily free and 250 mins free daily for 84 days, my connection got started on 11 october 2017, but the scheme that vodafone representative had gave me was not activated on my no. Even after 2, 3 reminders they din't activated my scheme and then due to urgency i had to do recharge of 30 rs on my vodafone no. Now today again i went to gallery the guy said the scheme can't be activated because i already did a recharge of 30 rs. I am seriously not happy with the kind of service that is being provided to me. Due to delay in activating my scheme, which was their fault and they refuse to activate the said plan. I would like to switch back to my tata docomo network due to this unprofessional behaviour of a vodafone employee. Worst experience that i have faced from vodafone network..
